「It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. 「Worst VRBO experience imaginable. No AC. No microwave. No ventilation or natural light. RATS everywhere outside, and no screens, so windows cannot be opened. This is an illegal unit with multiple code violations. Showers don’t drain so the water is up to your shins when you are finished. Only Lukewarm water in shower and scalding water in the sink. 「This was an unregistered listing in violation of New York Law. Both the property management team and VRBO are violating the law. Neighbors informed us they would be calling the police. In addition the apartment door was plastered with violation notices. The external door key also was not functioning. I have asked for a refund. Terrible experience.」
