Hotel from the outside looks decent , When I got into my room first thing that hit me was the smell of piss , the chair inside along with couch were breaking apart , the bathroom only had one towel which look used and also broken , Safety in the property literally all the doors are open anyone can just walk in from any where in the property! Place needs work for sure beware

The pool was closed, the gym was closed & the restaurant was closed. All 3 amenities were closed. The room was 90% clean. Hair was in the tub, hair was on the bed, stains on the sheets & towels. It smelled good & the ac was good. There’s a microwave & refrigerator in each room.

Very simple, no frills lodging. The common area is the hallways could use new carpet. The staff you know was reasonably good the evening staff much more pleasant when I got there the morning staff and yeah I could just use a little more TLC like larger soap and washcloth and things like that, but it served the purpose, and the price was fair.

The mattress and pillows were great and the room was very clean, it just needed some updating and sprucing up...all n all the place was great and you can't beat the price!

Needed to ask for towels. Ice machine was broken, needed walk across the hotel to get ice. No cups had to go to front desk to ask for cups. Shower drain slow. Refrigerator not working. Wallpaper in room peeling. No hair dryer. No coffee not even to purchase. Parking lot had large holes all sides of the building. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff was nice.

I stayed at this inn for 3 inconsecutive nights so i was able to see several rooms. Some were better than others. The first night was on ground floor, not pretty. there are zero in room amenities. no coffee barely any towels no washcloths no phone no ice bin ( except for last room #274) the hallway is dingy as is the lobby. the desk attendant is pleasant . i had to change rooms because of running toilet - they did attempt to repair right away but were not able. The last room (274) was best - it actually had a view with trees as opposed to the gross parking area or the backside of a local joint with graffiti. i wish had more good stuff to say. It was very affordable.

Potholes in parking lot will kill you. Room was clean, but no ice bucket, towels(1 hand towel, 2 towels) for a 2 night stay in over 80 weather for 2 nights- 2 women? Alarm clock didn't work properly. Gym was down and I don't think pool or restaurant were open either. Plus side, staff were nice and accommodating.

My fiancée and I stayed at the hotel for one night on Saturday, June 6, 2026, in Room 175. Upon arrival, there were no staff members at the front desk to assist with check-in, and we had to wait approximately 10 minutes before someone became available. The room itself was fairly decent; however, the following morning we discovered numerous ants crawling throughout the room, which was very concerning. Additionally, during our stay, I accidentally cut my foot. Unfortunately, when we looked for basic first-aid supplies, there was no first-aid kit available in the room or no one at the front desk that could assist. Overall, these issues negatively impacted our experience and fell short of the level of service and accommodations we expected.

This was a very disappointing stay, to which we will never return again. None of the amenities that were advertised were available to us as guests (pool, gym, lounge, continental breakfast). When entering the room, there were no towels, hangers, soap, etc. (BASIC amenities that should be provided). The room was extremely humid and smelled of mildew, even after the air conditioning was run. When asking for towels, the front desk associate said she wasn’t sure if there were any available. We also had to ask for basic hand soap for the room. The bed sheets were stained, and many of the items in the room were broken (broken lamps, fridge barely hanging on for life). Even the parking lot was extremely rundown. Absolutely no security, as all entrances were open from the outside. Overall, the hotel felt very dirty; we would never recommend this stay to anyone.

I used to stay here all the time when it was a Holiday Inn and it was fantastic! But they knew it needed repairs and fixing and decided not to do it. They sold the property and it’s going further and further down hill every visit. They don’t have vacuum cleaners . They sweep the carpets! There have been mice in my rooms the last times there. It needs carpet cleaning desperately! They use a photo of the bar and restaurant that is closed. Pool is closed. Plumbing issues also. Place needs care but I think they’re keeping it going as long as they can before it’s closed down. Very small cleaning staff also. They’re friendly but it’s sad how bad it’s gotten. It’s become seedy. Back door open without key lock so unsafe feeling, but I lock my door. Only reason I continue to stay there is the price and the location.

Only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff were nice and I felt safe as a solo traveler. Honestly, one thing after another kept going wrong. The first room I was given had ants, a broken security lock, and the A/C plus a few lamps were not working due to blown outlets. I was kindly given a second room which was bug free and air conditioned, thankfully. There is also construction going on at all times of day and night and most of the amenities are not available right now, including laundry, gym, and the lounge area. I had to get my keycards re-programmed every day because they would just quit working which was extra annoying. Lastly, on my last night, the ceiling started leaking. Hopefully they get it fixed up, because it is in a lovely area and the staff are all so nice and accommodating.
