「About 5 min. to the Chiavari station and to the city center. Hotel people are so familiar and room was cozy. However, air conditioner is not controllable from our room due to technical problems, according to hotel front desk people. We had to call the front desk whenever we needed to turn off/on switches. We hope the technical troubles will be fixed soon.」

「prachtige kamer met plafondbeschildering . uitstekend ontbijt vriendelijk personeel goede uitvalsbasis voor omgeving cinsque terre .i」

「The view from the hotel is spectacular. The hotel is well maintained and all their staff are professional and helpful. We are extremely pleased to stay there.」

「The balcony that was supposed to be a smoking area was reserved for private use without any notice and we could no longer smoke. I wish they would inform us of this.」
