Fantastisk värdinna, så hjälpsam, allt kunde hon lösa. Mycket bra på engelska. Fantastiskt att kunna köpa tåg o bussbiljett direkt på hotellet, en otrolig service. Bra parkering. Bra frukost. Buss precis utanför dörren. Restaurang med mycket bra mat 5 min bort.

L'albergo si è rivelato una scelta eccellente, non solo per il servizio e la gentilezza del personale, sempre disponibili e cortesi, ma anche per il supporto offerto nella visita al Parco delle Cinque Terre. Ci hanno spiegato con chiarezza il funzionamento della card del parco, facilitandoci l'accesso e la fruizione dei treni e delle navette di collegamento. Inoltre, la card è stata acquistata a un prezzo davvero conveniente, rendendo l'intera esperienza comoda e piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo albergo a chi desidera scoprire le bellezze del territorio con un ottimo supporto.

A recepção no hotel foi excelente, as pessoas muito atenciosas, principalmente dona. Atendeu nossa expectativa. Único ponto é que não fica próximo a Riomaggiore, e para chegar é necessário deslocamento de ônibus ou táxi.

The owners are fantastic!!!! Kindly gave me directions to everything!!! Always looking to help in any way they could. Loved the location about 10 minute bus ride to the top of a mountain. Easy access to the trails from there. Rooms are simple and clean. Not perfectly sound proof but everyone seemed to go to bed early that it wasn’t a problem. Can’t say enough about the staff. We had a bottle of wine in our room and when we got back to our room 2 wine glasses had magically appeared!!! That’s a big wow. Thank you for all your kindness and help.

Incredible hostess, took very good care of us. The bathroom was very clean and updated, best shower I had in Italy. Breakfast was great, they take your order the night before so as not to waste food. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Cinque Terre.

We loved Hotel Il Saraceno!! This beautiful and peaceful hotel in Volastra, high above Manarola is easily accessible by shuttle bus that runs almost continuously. We loved everything—the decor, the quiet, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the patio—but our favorite was Antonella, the proprietor. She is amazing! Her warmth, efficiency and charm are endearing! Plus, she speaks perfect English!

Great Hotel! Antoinella was a perfect host. She gave us all the information we needed to get the bus down to the nearest of the 5 villages - Manorola - and to get the most out of our stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable with easy onsite parking. The bus stop was across the road and buses left regularly all day and evening. It was nice to have a place to retreat to away from the hustle and bustle of Cinque Terre. The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. We had a wonderful meal in a local restaurant near the hotel in Volastra - Locunda Tiabuscion
