"Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. It seems like a small thing but having nice towels can make up for a lot in a hotel. There was no elevator...

"Plenty of space in the apartment. Comfortable bed. Attractive foyer. Hotel frontage and apartment doors reminded me of 70s TV dramas but in general good accommodation for families."

"Clean and big room. Shower cabin was tiny so it was difficult to shower or move in/out, and I'm not even a big person. Had big balcony with 2 chairs, table and 2 deckchairs. Balcony was very big and had even view of the beach and sea. There was also a swimming pool (big and small) that we didn't use but it looked clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good, every day slightly different. Got bored of music during breakfast, every day same music was playing. It started before 8AM so it was a bit...

"Lovely affordable stay. Room and hotels clean and tidy. Beds really comfortable. Beach 2 min walk. Supermarket on the corner. Rooftop/ jacuzzi great to chill out after a day at the beach. Breakfast ok, plenty to choose from but not English style breakfast so bear in mind if you are English. Would recommend 😀"

"We stayed as a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The staff were lovely and the pool always clean with plenty of sunbeds. The rooms were basic but absolutely fine, the pillows a little hard but not a problem. We didn't have any accessibility issues and so the many steps leading to the shops and beach were not a problem, the exercise was probably needed! The strip is a bit touristy, lots of restaurants and we hired a boat on one day for €210 for four hours and it was fantastic!...

"We were just at the hotel for a very short amount of time so I don’t know about the additional amenities but it is very pretty. The staff at the front desk wasn’t overly friendly. I had a feeling we were inconveniencing him by coming in so late. Maybe if you’re staying for a longer period of time you’ll have a different opinion "

"Hotel was very nice and clean and staffs were very friendly. The only thing that really bothered and let us down was the WiFi at the hotel. So many cut offs. I was in the middle of something and it just stopped. The WiFi is weak. That really let me down. "
