Lovely Villa In Mallorca, Santa Ponsa. Bright and sun lit all day.

  • This lovely house is located 5 minutes walking distance from one of Santa Ponsa's beaches, in a quiet area. The house, fully equipped and all on one floor, has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen, lounge and dining room are connected but visually occupy separate spaces.
    In the centre of the house a pleasant interior courtyard, which extends the brightness of the inside.
    Very suitable for families with children.
    The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden featuring a small garden of vegetables. The modern pool is surrounded by a large solarium bathed in sunlight all day. Complete outdoor Barbacue. Surrounding the pool deck and the house is a grass esplanade of about 150 square meters.
    Within 20 min. drive from the airport and a large variety of entertainment and dining in Palma and surrounding area. A big garage for 3 cars and lots of storage space located in the basement.
