「The staff were courageous professionals and friendly」

「Was told room would be on first floor, asked for a higher floor. Was told it would take 15 minutes- took almost an hour. While waiting, was informed that there was a water pressure issue. Room smelled like stale water the whole stay. Water was still brown and had to let it run for a bit before using.」

「The room had roaches and tons of cigarette burns in the only blanket.」
