"Beautiful, clean, always smelled fresh, friendly staff!"

"I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this place really earned this one. The toilet stayed stopped up the entire time even when using a normal amount of toilet paper which is completely unacceptable. The floor was visibly dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The sheets had burn holes in them, even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking, which is both gross and concerning. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. For the price, I expected basic cleanliness and...

"Awesome staff. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Enjoyed full size refrigerator. 2 elevators were fast. Pool and hot tub were relaxing. "

"I will not book here again; my bed sheets were nasty. hallway rinks of a bad smell. dogs continually barking. there is no smoking area for the smokers, so they were smoking in the entry doors. beds are extremely uncomfortable. you have to pay for fresh towels and housekeeping never came to my room to clean anything. front desk doesn't give out information in a timely manner. Everyone was complaining about this hotel that I talked to. No Thank you!"
