This is the place to stay in Tokyo. Great location, tons of food options nearby, close to the train station. Room was nice and clean, full kitchen, and laundry in the room. Highly recommend!

Excellent staff and clean room. Hotel receptionist helped a lot being an english speaker. Check in with qr code and drop off key to check out.

Great location and super clean

The check-in process was a little scatterbrained, which is understandable considering how new the place is. The staff's English was sometimes limited, but they are so nice and try their best to accommodate you. After checking out, they also had no problems stowing my luggage for a couple of hours The room's smaller than US hotels but bigger than the last Tokyo hotel I stayed at. There are lots of amenities, including a hairdryer, a mini fridge, and pajamas, to name a few. Great soundproofing,...

I love that they offer herbal teas. The rooms are bright, clean and very quiet due to sound proofing. Only the room carpet could stand to be cleaned as it had a few stains. But otherwise I would definitely recommend staying here. In fact I have stayed here twice.

Overall very impressed by the hotel. The staff were very helpful and spoke decent English. The hotel is right on top of a station that has a direct line to Narita Airport so there are no transfers needed. There is a nearby supermarket where you can get all the drinks and snacks you need and the Tokyo Skytree Solamachi is also right there with plenty of dining options. The Kura Sushi located in the hotel is also very convenient. A couple of downsides: the room was smaller than I expected for a...

Check-in and check-out are quite efficient. The room space allows two 24-inch suitcases opened at the same time. Additionally, my favorite part is that the interior lighting of the room is quite adequate.

The hotel is right next to Senso-ji Temple. It’s very close to the metro station. The hotel itself is very cozy and nice. The staff are very kind, helpful and accommodating. The rooms have enough space to feel welcome and comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable too. Very nice hotel.

The management understands the capsule-hotel experience and has designed the experience accordingly. All the features in the individual and shared/common spaces work as advertised, and when one of them (the coffee machine) broke, I could see they immediately had someone working to fix it.

What an amazing Ryokan right in the heart of Tokyo! It's both less expensive and nicer than other ryokans in Asakusa. From the tea room to the incredible staff, to the gorgeous, modern rooms, definitely consider staying here instead of a normal hotel next time you're in the area. Their reservable open-air bath with the Skytree view is something else. The only negative is that it is a slightly longer walk to their location from train stations compared to other Ryokans in the area, but that means...

Excellent hotel. You can ride the higashi-42 bus to arrive there from asakusa eki.

Great stay!

Was good places to stay

The hotel staff is very helpful. Room is very clean and spacious. Convenient location to trains and lots of amenities nearby including laundromat

とても新しいホテルで、設備も新しく、キッチン付きの部屋でした。６階と８階にはコインランドリーもあって長期滞在にはとても良いと思います。

The property is close to the train station and a couple convenience stores. The staff spoke English and were friendly. We enjoyed our stay!
