「The staff especially the front desk was cheerful and enjoyable and knowledgeable when I asked her questions of restaurants and beach location was always a pleasure talking to the night time afternoon lady whom I forgot her name the room smelled Sour and the bathroom smelled sour too we didn’t complain even thou my mother has respiratory issues and the fact that my mother also is handicapped so the bottom floor worked out great for her limitations of walking 」

「Bar never opened 」

「The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The location was great.」

「Don't rush on cleaning the rooms e sa hair on the bathroom door. The pool closed an hour before the time stated on the receipt print out.」

「Staff was not friendly or helpful 」

「Pulled up it looked a little suspicious but checked in anyways… crack was so big in the door I could see outside. Toilet seat was peeling and flooring was scratched up. I immediately felt dirty. My child did not feel safe. 15 mins later I checked out. I couldn’t even bring myself to accept this. People were walking around as if they were on some type of drugs. WONT BE BACK. 」

「シャトルバスが良くわからなかった。電話で連絡しても早口でよく理解が出来ず、グリーンツリーの隣のホテルに行くシャトルバスにいくらか払い乗せてもらい、そこから歩いた。部屋の明かりが一つ付かなかった。朝食が7時からであり、私の乗る便には間に合わなかった。」

「The only problem we had was parking. At one point the only place we could find was across the street behind a construction site and it was dark and I went inside and your reservation girl black long hair was very rude and told me you have to park. Like too bad. I told her some truck were taking two spots and it was motorcycle week which we did not know. Also we needed blankets and pillow and sheet for couch bed and she said in the closet we take Les her we did not have a closet the only door...

「The pool area was a mess, almost all the chairs were broken. There were broken pool toys scattered about. No pool towels. The rooms were decent sized but not super clean, we had to where shoes inside. Nice location accross from the beach.」

「Good cooked breakfast, the air conditioning was just about right, friendly staff and the room was spacious, and so was the balcony. Well situated in downtown. 」

「Exceed my expectations. Location is perfect for the purpose of my trip. Highly recommend.」
