「The view from our room was great. While staying there, I saw staff cleaning constantly. Great variety of places to eat and prices were not outrageous at most places. All staff was helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is fantastic. Highly recommend and we will be back.」

「The tub "plug" was broken. There was a leak and the carpet was wet. One of the 2 sinks in the restroom was clogged. Upon checkout the desk receptionist was kind and said she'd send an engineer to look at it.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Zota Beach Resort on Longboat Key. The property is beautiful, right on the beach, with stunning Gulf views from our balcony. Our room was modern, well equipped, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were warm, kind, and professional, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. "併設のレストランのスタッフがひどかったです。注文は間違えるし、朝ごはんの料理が出てくるのに注文から１時間かかりました。また、掃除のスタッフが英語を全く理解しないのも困りました。１回は掃除をすっぽかされました。「Come again」位の英語は理解してもらわないと困ります。従業員教育にもっと時間とお金をかけてください。"

"立地はとても良く、観光に便利です。夜にバーボンストリートやジャズバーに行く予定なら、安心して行けると思います。周りのホテルより、価格がリーズナブルで、ホテル代を比較的抑えたい人には良いと思います。空港からのアクセスも、202のバスで終点のmain libraryから徒歩５分程で、1.25ドルで移動できました（明るい時間の利用ですが）。夜間や早朝は、バス停付近の人気が少ないので、タクシーが良いと思いますが。ただ、ホテル内にベンダーマシーンが無かったので、夜間に飲み物を外まで買いに行きました。製氷器はありました。私の部屋には冷蔵庫がありましたが、部屋によるみたいです。予約時などにリクエストすることをおすすめします。"
