「I stayed at the Tru by Hilton Miami Airport South Blue Lagoon hotel on 21-22 September (Saturday evening). I arrived at the Miami Airport shuttle area (Doors 5-7) around 20:00, but the Tru/Home2 shuttle never arrived. The unit we received was materially different from what was advertised. The biggest issue: no working air conditioning. 「The stay in my opinion was horrible, days before the trip she said she had to switch properties because of a plumbing issue and the property I chose was not accommodating. The staff in the hotel was rude, they were painting on my floor and no wet signs were put up so I ruined an outfit. Overall the stay was not good.」

「The unmanned check-in procedures worked pretty well, and the property was functional, spacious and clean. However, the online reservation has a significant glitch: somehow between selecting the day and paying, the site switched the week I wanted (same weekday, wrong week), and as soon as I'd paid it would not allow me to change or cancel without penalty.
