"The stay ruined my holiday. Staff is impatient and rude, didnt even introduce us the place and we have to figure out how to navigate, lock and unlock the capsule by ourselves. There are no welcome drink and breakfast as mentioned. They didnt even provide us towel. Paid for premium price to enjoy low quality service!"

A lot of ants in the bed even though we clean it up. Really discomfort. 4. No soap provided. However, after making the complaint, they sent it in 15 min. 5. Quite far from city centre and nothing at the surrounding 6. Be careful of speedy car, truck etc. Quite a busy road to cross. 7. This is not hotel. Pls dont list this...
