The staff at the breakfast restaurant was so helpful and attentive despite being extremely busy and so willing to help. Lily at check-in was so welcoming as were the other ladies. In the words of the Terminator ... "we'll be back". :-)"

Not only is it a clean, comfortable and spacious hotel, but the Lego theming is done very well and adds a totally awesome dimension to the stay. "Few minutes walk from KL Sentral so the journey to and from the airport was very easy and fast. Aloft’s location is very good. It is linked to Nu Sentral so dining and shopping was also only a few minutes away. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious and the bathroom has shower and toilet separated. Would have preferred if the shower head was not fixed but it’s a small issue. The staff were all polite and friendly. Overall a great hotel. I’ll stay here again in future."

"Loved the Ritz Carlton. Service was top notch, and hotel was just beautiful. Two large malls were about a 6 minute walk. Petronas towers and Batu caves were easy to get to via Grab. Would love to return to KL and stay here again ❤️"
