"We checked in at 3pm and room was ready. There wasn’t much queue and check in was quite smooth. The first room we got was at level 8. There wasn’t much queue 4 huge containers directly outside the window. Not only was unsightly, it was very noisy. We went back to reception to change room and got 1 at level 19. This room was so much better. However, we must say that housekeeping was slow and not very detailed. Check out was fast and easy, and free parking was a plus point. We had buffet dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and finds it very worth. The manager was very nice and service staffs were efficient."
