"The location is good, its lobby is linked to Paradigm mall. Room is spacious and clean, staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Our 2nd time staying in this hotel already. Will be going back again soon :)"

"Aircon leaked. They asked me to shutdown the supply and wait for 5 mins.. after 5 mins same issue. Went to front desk again and they came in, checked.. finally they changed me to another room. Went to 2nd room at 3 rd floor, the room key was not working. Went down and i told to them the issue.. they say impossible. Later they came up with me and saw the issue... they gave another key to go into the room... image the trouble that i went through. Room noisy from outside.. pub, eyc. As as 5.30am, noisy because of the dumpster"
