「This hotel is a true gem, run by a wife and husband duo who will go out of their way to ensure a great time in Zhangjiajie. The room was clean and well appointed, breakfast was cooked to order, and help was provided with booking and planning activities. We even got a free ride to the train station when it was time to leave. Thank you for a perfect stay!」

「The hotel is not as clean or nice as it appears in the photos, and the facilities themselves feel quite outdated. Additionally, smoking seems to be allowed throughout the property, and there was a strong smell of tobacco in the room. While the staff are generally friendly, the overall quality of the facilities is not very satisfactory. In particular, I would not recommend this hotel for families with children. 「I loved my short stay here, especially how clean my room was. Was nice to have the fancy heated toilet haha for a change, the automated curtains and light control panel was a good touch. Was nice to get complimentary breakfast. We only speak English so using our phone was not difficult. Great location too!」

「The hotel is clean and so as the room. The staff specially crystal helped us a lot and send us airport transfer when we came. She’s very accommodating and nice she deserve a pay rise. The hotel is near the tianmen bus ride just around the corner. There’s also lots of restaurants near the area. Only 10 mins. Away to the airport. The breakfast has lots of choices and nice noodles.」
