Hotel service overall was amazing and they will pick you up from train station in their shuttle. "We were in town for one evening to get a jump start to the top of Gornergrat. It was the perfect location. We had the most stunning view from our balcony. The bed was great. The bathroom was delightful and very clean. Loved everything about this charming hotel and town. Highly recommend. "
