Wonderful hotel, Alexandra and her staff were fabulous. Every detail of the hotel has been so well thought out. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean and we loved the Spa, Bar and Breakfast. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Zermatt.

Beautiful Hote in Zermatt

The Schloss was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. From the amazing breakfast to the friendly staff to the workout room and the spa, everything was perfect. It was a quick an easy walk from the train station. We will definitely go back.

Excellent hotel. Our stay was very pleasant. The amenities were amazing, the gym has a lot of equipment and they even offer yoga sessions. The breakfast buffet was also great with many options available and a huge focus on healthy options. The location is close to the train station making it easily accessible. Great hotel in beautiful Zermatt. All around nice staff. Good breakfast options and loved the afternoon tea with snacks. Room was comfortable and clean. Although a bit noisy depending on who’s your neighbor, thin walls and we could hear the tv from the next room. Don’t get the square toilets. Hotel is only a few short minutes from the train station which is a bonus. Great pool and sauna. Would stay again.
