「スーパーが隣にあり、朝早くから夜遅くまで開いていて、品揃えも良かった。自炊も快適で食洗器もあり、観光にも便利な立地だった。洗濯が何時でも出来て（数泊すれば無料）とても良かった。時間もイギリスには珍しく短くて（洗濯・乾燥共に約４５分）使い方も簡単だった。掃除はあまり行き届いていなかった。部屋にモップでもあれば良かった。フロントにとても親切な人がいて、感じが良かった。ヨークに行くことがあったら、又利用したい。」

「Everything about this hotel was truly wonderful. On arrival we received a warm welcome followed by a free room upgrade. The room was roomy, well equipped and clean. The hotel facilities also did not disappoint - the spa was a good way to start the day, whilst the food in the restaurant was of a high standard. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back if we are ever in the area again」

「Excellent location, just a short 10 minutes walk into town. Secure car park, although costs £17 per day. Good size room, although found the separate toilet a little strange that took some getting used to. Fabulous continental breakfast that can be ordered when booking your room.」

「We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly, approachable and couldn’t do enough for us. Acted on our requests swiftly and without issue. Breakfast was good but would like a bit more choice of continental items. We stopped in superior rooms and they were excellent. Would definitely stay again. Good location. Free parking on site but limited spaces. Thank you To all staff for our lovely stay and making us feel welcome.」

「Great hotel. The room numbering and layout is a little confusing as signage isn't great, but once you find your room no problems. I stayed in the North wing so it was a bit of a walk from reception.」
