「There was a very strong bleach smell. Had to sleep with the entry door open and have the fan on full blast. Also the toilet had urine and toilet paper freshly used. House cleaning must have forgot to flush the toilet. Where the Shower door rails meet the walls was rotten from water damage. Bed was comfortable. Moxies was nice to have attached. Looks like house keeping and facility maintenance needs more funding. I would pay an extra 25$ for a better experience.」

「Nice place to stay and worth to price. Gourges area, 10 min walk to downtown. Good Resturants around」

「For the price, it was exactly what we expected. Clean and comfortable but not fancy. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious.」

「My husband and I stayed in The Parisienne room for 1 night. It was lovely and we had our own private bathroom. The host, Gwen was very friendly and hospitable. There was a lovely seating area that over looks the city of Hamilton. There are books to read and a shared mini fridge in the common area. The breakfast the next morning was home made and was delicious. The location was walking distance to restaurants and shops. All in all, a great stay! Highly recommended.」
