"Room was clean and comfortable. They ask customers to throw dirty towels outside of room in hallway somewhat hazardous if you trip over the towels and an eyesore in the hallway. No elevator not suitable for people with mobility issues. I asked for a room on main floor and was told none available. "

"Staff very friendly. Room was lovely and clean and perfect for our family. Two queens and a separate sofa / sitting room. Microwave and sink provided but no crockery except a few paper cups. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Hot tub was lovely and warm and small pool which kids loved. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Clean rooms and the suite is spacious, no door in between rooms. If you book a suite you will be on the side with the highway and I hope you like planes because they fly right next to your room, so it is noisy. "
