"The room was in dire need of repair. The elevator needs maintenance. I was stuck in there for at least 3 minutes. The rooms air conditioning was very noisy so it made it very difficult to sleep. I requested to have my room cleaned twice but neither time it was done. Finally I just asked the housekeeper to provide me with clean towels. I definitely would not stay here again."

"We stayed the night before an early morning flight from Pierson Airport. The location was perfect. The Hyatt provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport which was easy to arrange and a short ride. Our room was spacious and clean. All of the staff we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Both our dinner in the bar, and breakfast were very good, which surprised us for a "chain" hotel. After staying in several different hotels near the airport, we finally found the one for all our future stays!"

"At first I was given a room that was so hot and had sheets that were not clean. There was a dead bug and hair in the bed. However when I complained they moved me to a new room that was cleaner but this property needs to improve their standards of clean. If I wasn’t desperate to sleep I would not have stayed there. I did not feel safe. Someone even tried my door in the middle of the night."
