「Disappointing customer service during my stay in the Noire Suite. The TV remote wasn’t working, so I contacted the hotel and sent a video showing the problem. They asked me to unplug the TV and plug it back in, which I did, but it still didn’t work. After I explained this, they told me housekeeping was only available from 11 AM to 3 PM. 「早く着いて、荷物を預けようとお願いしたら快くお返事いただいた上に、部屋の準備ができているからとチェックインさせてもらえました。コインランドリーも利用でき、24時間シャトルバスが出ていて、朝早いフライトにも便利でした。30分ごとのシャトルバスということでしたが、6時の便がいっぱいで、他の人は5分後に来るから待つようにと案内されていました。 一点だけ、ターミナル1からのシャトルバスがどこから慣れたのか分からなくて、ホテルのシャトルバス乗り場でいくら待っても来なくて、結局ターミナル3から歩きました。」
