"Place has potential but the cover up for the lack of proper maintenance was obvious. Seemed a bit broken down ; from the TV remote to the blinds and vents looked damaged, etc. There were roaches found upon arrival and popping up throughout our stay which was extremely disappointing and disgusting because we were afraid to sleep and even bring in all our luggage. Not to mention, the maintenance of the place was not ok for the price; all the windows are broken and taped with a draft coming in if it’s cold and windy outside so you can not open the windows if you wanted to, the system to adjust the temperature was a disaster. The Communication times weren’t convenient to the help within the stay."

"Cancelled last minute with a excuse for "to many people over which was 6, could've communicated earlier but decided to cancel day of at 2 am.... Still have not received my refund."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this property. The conditions were unacceptable—there were used condoms left in the room, and the bathroom was visibly dirty. The level of cleanliness was far below any reasonable standard, especially for a place that presents itself well online. To make matters worse, my child became sick during our stay, which forced us to leave early. Despite this, I was still charged for a room I did not even book, and management refused to waive any of the fees. This lack of accountability and customer care only added to an already terrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. What was advertised online is completely misleading compared to the reality. This was by far one of the worst stays I have ever had."

"The place is clean and comfy. Washer, dryer, stove and dishwasher were all working fine. If dishwashing liquid was provided for hand washing dishes, it would be even better. Host responded quickly. Overall I am very happy with my stay."

"Property needs upgraded beddings, pillows and mattress. Blanket was not clean. Bed was not comfy. Location was ideal. Hot tub and pool was nice and clean. "
