"I am returning here after exploring Sa Pa and Ha Long. Ann from the staff here was very helpful to organize everything. From bus and train to cruise tickets, everything was perfect and I feel returning here before catching the next plane tomorrow. Hotel location is great to walk everywhere. Nice roof bar.
