Truly the gold standard for customer dedication and care. Nhi is a team member who my girlfriend and I will always remember. She ensured that our stay was not only above what we expected but helped us with so many other needs along the way. Truly. It’s people like Nhi that will make me return again and again to the Grand whenever I’m back in Hanoi. Hotel rooms where spotless breakfast was amazing. Emma was another amazing Grand DU Luc team member that stood out. Truly made our stay amazing and I can’t say enough how much it meant that Nhi helped us out in one of our hardest moments when we left Hanoi only to return.
