「I liked the Way it was decorated, in the theme of a log cabin (I really like log cabins )
AND the grounds are Really well looked after.
Because I've just started looking after some grounds about the same size. Maybe a wee bit bigger. 」
「Really nice reception staff and made us feel welcome and was really nice to us as we stayed there because my daughter had an operation and needed to rest after and they made sure we had everything we needed and one of them even offered to fill her hot water bottle for her stomach. So thank u. The rooms are small but u dont need much when it's just for a rest spot for a few days. Thanks again to the staff and making sure my daughter had everything she needed. Much appreciated.」
「What a lovely place, check in was nice & easy & the receptionist was very welcoming & friendly. We had a drink in the pub & all staff were super friendly, especially the lad who was also on check out this morning!
We didn’t have breakfast as we went to my parents house nearby & my dad cooked for us 😊」
「Very well run and very good standard and worth the money. My only criticism is that the drive leading to the property from Otley Road needs a contractor brought in to resurface - potholes are not good for welcoming guests quite apart from the potential damage to cars. Did say to reception who noted. 」

Dear Hotels.com Customer Support,
I am writing to raise a serious complaint and demand immediate action regarding my booking for R S Hostels – Leeds (Itinerary #73153814943684) made through your platform for the night of 2nd July 2025.
I arrived at the property at 10:30 PM after a long journey, only to be told that all bookings made via Hotels.com had been cancelled — including mine. I was completely blindsided....
