「Great location for hospital day procedure, plenty of restaurants in the area. Unit was super clean and modern. Very pleased with stay, thank you」

「The location is great very convenient close to the train station , tram and Sydney road. The property was very clean and tidy. The communication with the hotel staff was on point and very efficient they were all so helpful. However, they lost a few stars based on the hardness of the bed. It was not comfortable. Also before booking the property we weren’t aware there was a bond. We found out afterwards. Plus they don’t release the bond straight away. It can take up to a week to get it back so...

「The pool was closed for maintenance so we were all very disappointed that we weren’t told this prior to checking in as we would have stayed elsewhere. There was no blinds in one of the bedrooms (only sheers) so it was very bright early in the mornings, fold out couch wasn’t very comfortable, all the furnishings are really cheap and need replacing.
