It's comforting not to leave the airport and catch a plane the next morning easily. There were Xmas activities when we arrived. That would have been beautiful for families. It's a big hotel. Location is great, although some additional detail on the website on how to get from Shinjuku station to the hotel would be welcome (maybe a map or info on which exit from the station etc)."
