"Breathtaking views of Mount Fuji right from the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the two onsens were a great experience. Free parking made everything very convenient. Overall a wonderful stay."

"Staff is nice , however The tatami bed was quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We also had to set up the bedding ourselves, which was inconvenient. The room was very cold and there was no proper heating provided, which made the stay less comfortable, especially at night. In addition, the shared toilet and bathroom were not very convenient."

"夜寒い中、エアコンが効かなくなり、ものすごく寒い思いをしました。何時間かしてまた動き出しましたが、とにかく寒かったです。 朝方からは結露のせいが、あちこちから水が降ってきました。スーツケースが濡れてしまいました。"

"This is a great experience and a fabulous view of Mount Fuji. Breakfast and Dinner included and if not enough there is a huge supermarket just nearby. Only comment is instead of on request, i suggest directly providing bath robe in each room."
