"Great check-in, very friendly and polite member of staff. Nice and well appointed rooms, the bed was a little firm for me, but lovely bathroom, plenty of amenities, I like the the array of buttons that controlled the lights, curtains and A/C. The sauna and steam room were excellent, the pool is a little small and ppl were not always sticking with the booking system, but very nice to have. The bar/restaurant have great views of the Thames, only had drinks and snacks, but it was a place to spend some time. Breakfast was busy, the tables are crammed in, so it was slow going and the selection was okay, but not amazing, expected a little more from the brand, but I would stay again. Great location and walkable to the main tourist hotspots."
