"I left my wallet inside the room before I checked out. When I received my banks' warning for fraud charges, I went back to the hotel and asked the front desk to check the person who first entered my room. But the front desk only called the room service crew and asked if they found a lost wallet. I told her she could not find the person this way since my cards were already charged. She totally ignored me and did not want to further investigate. Since I was hurried for my next trip. I had no time to look for more solutions. However, I believe the hotel does not treat this problem seriously and ultimately does not respect guests. I will not stay in this hotel next time and O do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room ventilation is also very bad. It is so hot in the room. They do not even provide blankets. The shower has a very small amount of water. Not sure it is because of water pressure . The room is very small."

"We spent four nights at this hotel. * It was very clean * Comfortable space in reception to relax away from the bedroom * Bedroom was a comfortable size * Dinner for the four of us was expensive, but to be fair everything is at the moment. The food and service however were very good. * One concern - I badly sprained my ankle and the only bandages the hotel could supply was a triangular or knee bandage. "

"This is my go-to hotel for some years back in the early 2010s. It's been over a decade and I can easily say that it's still maintains the level of excellence I remember. The location is about the best you can get in terms of easy access to anywhere in the city (restaurants in the immediate area aren't amazing but when everything is about 15 minutes away by tube it doesn't matter). And fwiw, Hawksmoor nearby is solid. The rooms are always comfortable and the food and restaurant area is solid overall. Views are nice from several of the rooms. I am someone who likes a room ice cold when I travel and most hotels are not that way with AC in this day and age. I wouldn't say the Pullman is an exception however they provided us with a fan which was awesome and helped me to sleep like a baby. To that end the staff was very helpful and friendly. Wouldd most definitely stay again."

"The hotel was excellent they are currently doing construction to help improve the property so that is just a temporary negative, however overall the hotel is lovely. Fantastic location very convenient to train, bus, and of course the Tower of London and Tower Bridge!"

"I was attending an event which finished late, and I didn't want to travel home alone. So I looked for somewhere close by to stay which didn't break the bank. The Strand Palace Hotel offers single-bed rooms that come with a luxury shower room stocked with Rituals products, large wardrobe, table & chair, a desk and huge TV. Plus free wifi, bottle of water and bar of chocolate... and all for £110. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel room was quiet & comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again. "
