「room was spotless, hotel was clean. pools heater was broken and the pool area floor was not clean. there was no alert given to those who booked that the heater was broken on the pool. 」

I’ve dined at Michelin-starred restaurants, and their meals don’t even compare to what’s served here. The rooms look exactly like the pictures — even better in person — and everything was spotless. 「We went to check after a long day. We always stay at this hotel normally for Flyers practice. Everyone knows us here and are always friendly. This one particular guy..we have had him twice now had no clue what he was doing. We got to the hotel late because i had same day surgery in Camden and decided to stay over. He couldnt find our reservation i have no idea why. We do it the same every time. I showed him my confirmation he still was confused. I was waiting patiently all groggy from surgery....

「We went to the restaurant a few months ago and couldn’t figure out what to do for New Year’s Eve. We decided to stay at the hotel and go to the bar. Hotel is very cute and we loved the beach motif. Bar was great along with the food. Staff were super friendly. We will definitely be back!」
