"Location is good and staff were ok. Charged a resort fee for two night stay and then told they have no housekeeping service. I have never stayed in a property that did not AT LEAST empty the trash daily. Very disappointing and will not stay there again."

"It was very expensive for the property itself. An okay experience and hotel but priced like a 5 star resort. Disappointed but it’s hard to find anything in Sedona honestly. Don’t expect luxury as the hotel is dated and looks like an “updated”older property . "
