This hotel is a solid choice to stay in the downtown area with good walking access to the town and its shops and restaurants.

They advertise as pet friendly. Then pull a bait and switch. They have 2 rooms for pets. All others with pets receive a LARGE pet cleaning fee in addition to the pet fee. Neither Expedia nor the manager would make it right. Beware. The room was nicely updated but the unexpected and unagreed upon charge is ridiculous.

The room was clean & friendly, helpful staff at the front desk. Spectacular views. Excellent location in Uptown Sedona. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.

When we arrived at the property we were greeted by Ian. He was extremely hospitable in an authentic way and he got us checked in quickly and without any hesitations. We booked the 2 bed suite, the Owl's Nest and we were very happy with it. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large and beautifully renovated down to the rain showerhead. And we enjoyed a drink on the rooftop patio overlooking the hustle and bustle of main street Sedona. I would absolutely stay here again!!
