"Beautiful area. Maintenance was great. View is incredible for sunset. Front desk people did not have very good service skills. JT the shuttle driver was amazing. Not much for food service, airstream grill is cute and Mesa Grill a short walk away was excellent. Only maintenance issue was cloudy swimming pool. "

"The hotel is older, very rustic and dated. No vibe. Our suite was large and spacious. Didn’t appreciate that there was no housekeeping. We stayed during March Break so it was really busy, hard to find parking close to our room at the end of the day. Great location. We didn’t dine at the hotel. "

"We had a lovely night’s stay at the Matterhorn. The property is in good repair. Our room was large and very comfortable—great bed, lovely balcony, incredible view of the pink rocks. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. The only potential issue was the continental breakfast, which was yogurt, granola bars, coffee and fruit. I’d have given a lot for a croissant or muffin. Luckily, there’s a coffee place across the parking lot where I could get one. This is not a dealbreaker at all. We loved our stay and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Sedona. It’s super. "
