YOUR PRIVATE SEDONA BACKYARD

Enjoy your own outdoor retreat without leaving home. The landscaped backyard features a private saltwater swimming pool, spa, firepit with built-in seating, and BBQ grill, with beautiful views of Cathedral Rock.

Spend the day swimming, lounging poolside, or soaking in the spa after exploring Sedona. In the evening, fire up the grill, gather around the firepit, and enjoy the changing colors of the surrounding red rocks.

The front courtyard offers a second inviting outdoor gathering space, complete with a fireplace and comfortable seating overlooking the iconic Chapel of the Holy Cross.

With approximately 3,900 square feet on one level, the home offers generous space for groups to gather and spread out comfortably.

The open-concept living room features comfortable seating, a 65-inch 4K Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. Large windows showcase the surrounding scenery, creating a welcoming place to unwind after a day of hiking, shopping, or sightseeing.

The dining area connects to the living room and kitchen, making it easy for everyone to spend time together. The dining table seats up to 10 guests.

A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

Prepare breakfast before a day on the trails, enjoy a relaxed lunch at home, or cook dinner for the whole group. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a memorable view of Cathedral Rock from the sink.

The home has three bathrooms. Plush towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. The primary bathroom also features a jetted bathtub.

A crib, high chair, and stroller are available for families traveling with young children.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Guests must respect the home, neighbors, and neighborhood noise expectations.
