「Whether nice,nice place.」

「My room is noisy. I called the front desk to check this noise, I waited for over 2 hours but no one came.」

「The people at the desk are nice. We had a younger guy check us in and didnt explain the 150 security deposit. The rooms are nice but our bathroom door was annoying. I wish the family time in the pool were longer or kids over a certain age were able to stay in longer. 」

「Very nice rooms- hotel is very clean. Room was not cleaned daily though and the housekeeper was angry when we asked for clean towels.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway at the Flagship as usual. The hotel room was a bit dated but it was clean & the view from the balcony was amazing. My only complaint was that the door leading to the balcony didn't stay closed while we were outside. We had to prop a chair against it in order for it to stay shut. Other than that everything was great & we'll be back again.」
