「We really enjoyed our stay at Steve's place. He was a communicative and thoughtful host--he provided coffee, snacks and even left drinks in the fridge for us and for our young daughter. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a beautiful park by the river. We also had an easy drive to Sesame place the next day. Gregg is always easily accessible, abundantly clear on the check-in and check out parameters, the property is well kept/cozy and clean. 「We had a great stay!! Mt Airy is a friendly walkable town! Our daughter lives several streets away and it worked out perfectly. It was quiet at night, so we had no problem sleeping. We did drive into City Center and we went to several museums. The unit itself is warm and welcoming with lots of windows!! The patio off the dinning area was relaxing!We definitely plan on returning, most likely in the spring!」

「My husband and I attended a concert at Lincoln Financial Field and this apartment had everything we needed. It took us about 25 minutes to get to the Field and that was sitting in traffic. The location was excellent for the event. Free designated parking is definitely an added bonus. In the mornings we walked to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and treats even though a coffee pot was provided. We ate at an excellent Indian restaurant within a mile, and we cooked some in the apartment also. ...

「We have a great stay at Riverton Estates. The location was perfect for our needs. It was a wonderful place to relax after long days. Nice to have a patio to sit out on. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. Jerry was a gracious host and answered any questions we had.」

「Great spot for a weekend with friends! A group of us stayed here for a weekend and the house was perfect for our needs; bedrooms were spacious for 8 adults, the outdoor patio was perfect for Saturday brunch, and the roof deck was great for watching the sunsets. The house is was ideally located; a quick drive to the stadiums in South Philly and walkable to Passyunk. Ryan was a great host; very responsive and the house was stocked with all the essentials for our stay. 」

「Obsessed with this house. Stayed with a girlfriend for a mini girls trip. We were able to walk to catch the train for a Phillies game, which was great. But the garden was the true highlight of the home. The inside was also spotless & had great appliances and finishes. We will absolutely be back, if we find ourselves headed to Philly again. 」

"まず、チェックインには早い時間だったのてキーカードだけもらったが、指定の4時になっても部屋が清掃されておらず、再び交渉して新しい部屋に変えてもらう必要があった。疲れていたので非常に不便だった。バスルームのドアの鍵が壊れており、私が外から助けなければ、同行者が危うく閉じ込められるところだった。隣の部屋が深夜まで非常にうるさかった。極めつけは、チェックイン後に荷物を預かってもらえなかったこと。倉庫に入らないという理由だったが、見る限り大したよく量ではなく、見た感じ倉庫用の部屋には余裕があるように見えた。スタッフのホスピタリティも低く、立地の良さだけが取り柄のホテルだと感じた。"

"The lady of the reception was very unfriendly and impolite. She showed no smile, and even showed her angry face to our 5 yrs old boy, who was just trying to reach the counter. Very bad experience. Never want to see her again! And the breakfast was terrible."
