「Very reasonable in price. I have stayed there many times before when I travel to Reno.」

「経営が変わったようで、内・外ともにきれいになっていた。部屋に電子レンジと冷蔵庫が設置されていて、その点は良かった。バスタブが無くなってシャワーだけになっていた。シャワーの温度が調整できない設定だった。 最も悪い点は、９日のうち６日はルームキーピングがされていなかった。電話をすると、タオルとゴミの処理だけやってくれた。」

「We enjoyed our stay very much. We all booked a facial at the hotel and that was amazing. We arrived early so we could use all the amenities that went with our spa reservations. My daughter is 7 months pregnant and she was looking forward to floating in the pool. We were excited that the hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool. 「Unfortunately, like many hotels, patrons can smoke in the casino and the ventilation was not able to clear the smell of cigarette smoke from the entry area in valet, as well as on the casino floor. The mezzanine was a little better by the registration desk. We did request a non-smoking floor which was good.」

「We were only there for the night. Unfortunately someone had backed into the parking space infront of our room and when they left there was a faint odor of exhaust. The grounds were clean and the room was ok but the carpet felt like sand or gritty when you walked barefoot. All in all it was good.」

「宿泊前後にメールが来てウェルカムな雰囲気でした。スタッフの方は親切です。 建物全体に強い芳香剤の匂いが強かった事と、朝食アイテムが少なすぎ食べる物があまり無く残念でした。広い会場に席も少なく、立ったまま食べている人もいるくらい。」
