「Our stay was very comfortable. We loved that it was spacious enough for all 10 in our party without being on top of one another. The game room and the hot tub were an added plus! Not a negative comment but this rental does have an abundance of stairs and not a good fit for anyone who may have ambulatory issues. Just a suggestion, I would install hand rails to the entrance of the rental since the front stairs are a little steep. Other than that we had a lovely time and would book again. Thanks!」

「We enjoyed access to the beach, and when we had questions we got answers almost immediately. The kitchen is upstairs which you can’t tell from the photos, and the bed in the upstairs bedroom (off the kitchen) was so hard & uncomfortable we ended up moving downstairs. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. We stocked k cups for the next guests but I’m thinking it was closed for the winter- there is a keurig and a coffee pot but also a nice Safeway less than a mile away for whatever you might want.」

「The location of this condo is great, but there are many things that need to be addressed. Cleanliness, updating and maintenance of listed amenities should be corrected. There were real issues with the lock box AND door locks. Both made it very difficult to enter the rental, delaying us. The lock box and both door locks should be replaced ASAP. 「This is a one-of-a-kind property. The views are spectacular, everyone was very comfortable as there is a lot of space, and it feels very private. The drive to South Lake Tahoe where all the stores and restaurants are is short and pretty. Last second there was an issue with some amenities that was out of the owner's control but they handled it promptly and professionally.
