Welcome to your home away from home—the Biggest Little House! An incredibly cozy & charming mid-century modern home with boho accents, centrally located in the heart of Midtown Reno while remaining pleasantly peaceful.

Just minutes away from downtown, the airport, and several attractions including shopping, art exhibitions, eateries, coffee shops, & more. In the middle of it all, this home caters to all your needs!

We have traveled all over the world, & we are extremely passionate snowboarders, adventurers, & outdoor people! We aim to provide travelers & vacationers with all the things we value the most in the accommodations we find when we travel! We've furnished the house with all the items we ourselves use on a regular basis to make your stay as comfortable & convenient as possible. This is the perfect place for everyone to come together, enjoy a night in full of cooking, socializing & playing games, or getting glammed up for a night on the town!

First floor:

• Dining: 8-seater dining table + 2 bar seats at the kitchen counter (dining table can be extended)
• Kitchen: Brand new stainless steel appliances and fully-stocked kitchen essentials with EVERYTHING you would need to make a delicious meal from scratch or bake some yummy cookies!!
• Coffee station with some delicious medium roast blends as well as Decaf coffee, full matcha set with ceremonial matcha powder and some good teas for every occasion :) • We also have some breakfast food for you to enjoy with NO additional cost ;)

• Master bedroom w/ king bed & 100% Linen sheets and private bathroom

Downstairs basement:

• Games and puzzles to rekindle your inner kid joy

• Full drum kit for you to play, learn, or blow off some steam
• Note: It is an older house which means no central heating in the basement, so be prepared to cozy up with blankets!!
• Note: The stairs leading down to the basement are minimal, so please watch yours & your little ones' steps!
• The basement celling height is less than 6'5, which may be a consideration for taller guests.

Our place is very family-friendly! We have most of the things you need for your little one. Baby/kid amenities:
• Baby eating utensils (suction plate, silicone bib, feeding spoon, tiny cup) and silicone bib are in the first long pull-out drawer from the left.
• Simple Fold High Chair (under the bunk bedin
• Folding stepping stool (in the first bottom cabinet near the dining table).
• Pamo Babe Portable Crib with Mattress and sheets under the bunk bed.
• Kids books, stuffed animals and board games in the middle room closet.
• Baby wipes in each bathroom and baby safety plug protectors.

Locks:
• The front door is operated by a keyless smart lock. The code will be provided in check-in details, which are sent directly to you the day before check-in.

Parking:
• 3-vehicle long driveway
• Free easy street parking

Full Chef's Kitchen:
• Equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, coffee beans & grinder, french press, milk frother, matcha set & matcha powder, electric tea kettle, pots, pans, air fryer, Ninja blender, waffle maker, baking sheets, baking mat, cooking oil, salt/pepper, breakfast items, mixing bowls, strainer, cooking utensils, steak knives, cutting boards, pitcher, wine opener, dinnerware and glassware, cutlery for adults as well as kids, mugs, cups, fire extinguisher and more.
• Note: In an effort to reduce waste & promote sustainability, we don't have any paper towels. Instead, we provide plenty of reusable Swedish dish cloths as well as kitchen rags that you can use to clean up!
• Note: Please DO NOT use our cute Electric Tea kettle on the stove!
• Be aware of ants in the dining area near the floor baseboards; they seem to appear in the summertime so PLEASE try not to leave food crumbs on the floor, thank you!
