"We stayed at this property for a family members funeral. Communication was prompt when we had questions. The surrounding area is beautiful, and the two upstairs bedrooms were comfortable. The only thing that I would comment on is not having a television in the common area and the Second bathroom that was listed on the property was actually a half bath as it did not have a shower or bathtub. "Apartment exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and cleanliness. The complementary wind and microwave popcorn was a bonus. My only suggestion would be to somehow list the tv channels that are actually included in the cable plan. The TV Guide button brings up over 200 channels but most of the “channel not available” after you select it. This was a bit frustrating and a wasted a lot of time looking for a show or movie"

"The photos of this hotel are untrue. The pool area does not have the slide. A worker very rudely said it has been shut down for 3 years. Our room smelled like pee. They moved us across the hall. My hubby used his UV light to shine on the bottom sheet. 2 visible round stains. We took off the bottom sheet asked for new one. When we took off bottom sheet, the so called pad underneath was dirty with hair. Sent up all but the fitted sheet. Morning front desk girls were wonderful. Evening man, not so much. so many different elevators were shut down and we were on the 5th. I could go on and on. Never again"
