"The room was not clean and the shower didn’t work properly "

"The room was clean but the staff, except for the front desk individual were not engaged.. they all stood around talking and hanging out - you couldn’t tell who worked there or didn’t. The bar tender sat behind the bar with a backwards baseball cap on talking to other staff and watching tv - disappointed. They didn’t have the items stocked that were on the bar menu. The cafe in the lobby had flies under the glass w the pastries."

"The staff was pleasant and helpful. Most outstanding to me was the actual Accessabile Room.The lower bed made getting in and out much easier. Also appreciated that the shower chair was separate. That made me able to move it where I needed it. "

"My son had reaction to the chemicals in pool 2nd i asked for a vojoined room for my family the hotel messed that up as well "
