"The room was okay, but we experienced issues with the room key and had to be moved to a different room. Unfortunately, the new room was located next to a storage area. Starting around 7:00 a.m., the noise from that area woke us up and made it difficult to get any more sleep. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and expected a quieter and more restful stay. Thanks for the late check out though!"

"Not impressed. The room was very small and was filled with furniture that made it feel even smaller. The curtains wouldn’t open all the way to take in the view. The carpet was well traveled. Looks like they only re renovated the bathroom. Feels like the type of place that would have bed bugs and cockroaches, by my surprise I didn’t find any. Elevators are slow and very busy. The pool was nice but very busy. They make you wear a wristband to gain access to the pool, which makes it feel like you’re in an amusement park. Very fitting because you have to stand in line for the pool ladder. I would stay clear. There are many better options."

"Staff were friendly, and the self-serve beverages available in the lobby were nice amenities. Location is right in Center City, which was very convenient. However, the bedding in my room had noticeable stains upon arrival which made me question how clean the room actually was."
