「The place was centraly located to our planned activities which was nice. It did concern me that an additional deposit was charged for any damages that might occur. The deposit is suppose to be refunded but 1, nothing was mentioned about it when i booked it and 2, I was then concerned what kind of neighborhood I was staying in if a deposit like that is needed. The place is an older property but was at a resonable price for what it is.」
「It was a nice and unique place to stay. The location is perfect and walkable to many different restaurants and the core of the downtown area. Each room has a different flavor in terms of the interior. I will definitely come back. The price was also reasonable.」

「I was reticent about trying a self service hotel, but I was delighted by the experience! Checking in was a little confusing at first but the hotel manager quickly assisted us.
We really liked the quiet, privacy and amenities. We will stay at the Kinn Guesthouse again, now that we know the process. 」
