"The breakfast staff disnt seem to want tk be there , had to ask multiple times to get the coffee vedning machine to be filled so people could have coffee which was undrinkable , was a proper coffee machine there but staff would not"

"Excellent small apartment hotel, great for 2 nights. Good large bed, well appointed kitchen, including washer dryer, fridge, microwave, ironing board and iron, hob and sink. Crockery and irons for 3, dish soap, cloths and tea towels! Possibly the cleanest room I have ever stopped in, it smelt new on arrival. Room was refreshed (bins emptied and new toilet roll) they don’t make your bed but you can request it. Only negative was no in room safe, but not really an issue. Easy access to busses, the waterfront and easy level walk from railway station. Perfect, would stay again"

"Love staying here usually. The only disappointment is Courtenay Place itself. This unfortunately has become a run down area, hardly welcolming for visitors to Wellington.. The hotel is good and staff were amazing, very helpful and obliging."

"Great views of harbour from the junior suite where we stayed. Lounge is right next door so great access for free snacks and non alcoholic drinks, but you do hear others going into it too. Worth it though. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is really good, within walking distance of everything in the city that you want to see. I would stay there again easily."

"Great location. Easy to get in and out. Super close to New World and city centre for food. Restaurant on site was over priced and the tap beer wasn't great. TV channels had major interference with weather so couldn't watch TV. Bit disappointing. Shower must be set on a temp as I had it as hot as it would go and it wasn't hot enough. All in all, great stay."

"My stay couldn’t have gone better. The staff were all very courteous, and attentive. My flight landed a bit early for check-in and while I dropped my bags off the staff at the front desk was able to get my room turned over remarkably quickly for me which was very appreciated after a long flight. I had one small issue with the laundry in my room and they had their maintenance team take care of it while I was out for the day. I would highly recommend staying here! Also the location was absolutely perfect, easy to walk to just about anywhere downtown."
