The hotel staff were excellent the location was great but the breakfast was possibly the worst breakfast I have ever experienced anywhere in the world and I have stayed in some very remote places. We had 3 breakfasts there but on the 4th day we decided to go hungry

A great location with easy access to waterfront and Courtenay place. Enjoyed a very quiet room with extremely comfortable bed. Check in was a bit on the slow side but that was the only negative.

Great little boutique hotel with a wonderful location directly across the street from the Museum and the marina and about a 15 minute walk to the cable car. Wonderful art throughout the entire hotel and beautifully curated. The hippopotamus restaurant is great with a great view. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Initially we had done problems. Water temperature in room was terrible. Some staff in bar not friendly/helpful. However - when speaking to concierge he immediately rectified the issues. Changed our room and treated us well. His customer service made a big difference. French waitress at Hippo restaurant was a delight. Overall very good and will stay again.

This is an interesting hotel filled with art right on the tourist part of the waterfront and across the road from the Te Papa museum. Parking was expensive.

Good location down town next to the bay. Valet parking for $50 a night. Plenty of snacks and drinks in the mini bar. Room was large with a tub to soak in and curtains to keep out the light.
