"Nice hotel in central Wellington - modern, clean rooms with guest parking for a fee. The TV didn't work very well during our stay and the glass design of the bathroom might make it feel less private to some. These were the only issues with our stay Despite this, I would stay here again - it's good value for money and very well located"

"Will definitely be back to stay as location was very close to all we wanted to do. No parking at property, however managed to get a park at the Taranaki St Parking building the hotel suggested & walked everywhere we wanted to go. Eateries, shopping, Centertainment, Te Papa Museum, Parliament & the water front all within walking distance of Hotel. 2 bedroom apartment is what we paid for. Beds were comfortable & room clean. No fresh air though had aircon. Our view was of the city & was quite pretty at night. The reception folk were friendly & welcoming which is always appreciated after a long drive we had had to get there."

Basic room essentials were missing, including coffee, milk, sugar, and body wash. This is unacceptable for any hotel standard, and the lack of service shows poor management and zero attention to guests’ needs."

It was noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, with loud chatter from nearby bars, I assume. The room was small but comfortable for 1 person."
